Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga
Sarah is a Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with a passion for movement and sports disciplines. She has taken additional training in advanced anatomy and advanced bodybuilding.
Her approach is to create an atmosphere for her students to explore their relationship with themselves on a physical, mental and spiritual level and a balanced method to enable continued growth of their ever-changing best selves.
She challenges her students to meet their physical advantage with friendliness and compassion and invites her students to practice listening to their bodies and their breaths.
