Method of application
· To decongest the nose and lungs, add 2 drops to a bowl of boiling water and tilt your face over the steam with a towel placed over your head.
· Add 5 drops to a diffuser to invigorate the mind, energize you and help focus in the home or office.
· For a massage of the stomach, legs or painful areas, add 2 drops to 20ml of neutral massage oil.
